Prophylaxis
Prevention is better than cure! Appropriate prophylactic measures will allow you to make significant savings:
You will save on avoidable treatment costs, save time and save your nerves. Good prevention will only cost you a few minutes a day.
Maintaining impeccable oral hygiene is not that easy. Plaque and bacteria are responsible for caries and periodontitis.
Good oral hygiene mainly involves removing plaque (and not just food debris). For this, a toothbrush is not enough. To clean the interdental spaces (which are high-risk areas par excellence), you should also use dental floss, toothpicks and other interdental brushes.
Our hygienist will advise you according to your individual situation during a session that we recommend at least once a year.
